LONG TOM CEMETERY
(Northshore Drive)

Compiled and contributed by David Donahue

Long Tom Cemetery is about 100 yards north of Northshore Drive about a half mile west of the intersection of Northshore Drive and Choto Road. The access drive is opposite Holder Lane. The cemetery has been cleared in recent years but was badly overgrown in 1989. Only the Brewer and Smith families now use the cemetery, and the area around these graves is receiving better care than the remainder of the cemetery. Perhaps as many as 80 percent of the graves here are unmarked or have only fieldstones. This cemetery was recorded April 16, 1989. It was checked November 26, 1989, and updated January 20, 1997.
