In Chancery -- W H Graves, Trustee, the heirs and creditors of John Roberts, dec'd. In the cause it appearing to the Master that Lewis P Roberts, Harriet Roberts and Adeline and Eliza Roberts are non-residents of the state and parties defendant to the bill, it is ordered that publication for four weeks be made in the Southern Citizen, calling on said non-resident defendants, to appear at the next term of Chancery Court to be held at Knoxville on the 1st Monday of April next, to plead, answer or demur to said bill or the same will be taken as confessed as to them and set for hearing.
