Sheriff's Sale -- I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 11th day of February, 1843, at the Courthouse door in the town of Knoxville, all the right, title and interest and claim that William Homer, has in and to one lot and part of another lot of land, together with the appurtenances thereto belonging, lying and being in the town of Knoxville, on Water Street, containing one fourth of an acre or more, it being part of lot No. 5, in the original plan of said town, adjoining the lots of Mrs. Lindsay and Mrs. Atkin, levied on as the property of said Homer, to satisfy an execution issued from the Circuit Court of Knox county in favor of M M Gaines.
