In pursuance of a decree of the Honorable Chancery Court at Knoxville, I will on the 15th day of February, 1844, at my residence in Knox County, sell to the highest bidder, for ready money, four likely Negro slaves, to-wit: Daniel, Rachel, Samuel and Tilda, being the slaves bequeathed to the heirs of Sally Thompson by the will of Alexander McMillan, deceased. - Sally Thompson, guardian, January 25, 1844.
