Whereas a bill has been filed in Chancery Court at Knoxville by Nathan Bales, Administrator of the estate of Elijah Morse, for himself and Mary Morse the widow of said Elijah, setting forth that the said estate is insolvent and which insolvency has been suggested to the County Court of Knox County and praying for an injunction against certain creditors of said estate, which has been granted accordingly. . .
